Barrister Imran Khan is an associate at Mohmand Sherpao Pirzada Advocates & Corporate Counsel. He completed his Bar Training Course from University of West of England, Bristol and was called to the Bar of England and Wales by The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in October 2023. Barrister Imran Khan has done his LL.B (Hons) from University of London in 2020 with 3 Distinctions in Pubic Law, Administrative Law and Islamic Law.

After completing his LL.B (Hons) in 2020 he worked in District and Session Courts & Special Courts in Islamabad. He is well versed with laws pertaining to Accountability, Narcotics, Federal Investigative Authority.

He joined the firm in October 2023. After the joining the firm Mr. Khan has worked on variety of cases in different fields of law that the firm offers. Due to the diverse pool of clients that the firm has, Mr. Khan has now first-hand experience of a lot of legal areas which include Corporate Compliance and Regulatory Work, Tax Laws, Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation Constitutional Law & Commercial Law.
