As an Associate at Mohmand Sherpao Pirzada, Mr. Hamza Azmat Khan brings a wealth of legal knowledge and experience to the firm. He earned his BA in Law degree from the University of London and gained valuable experience interning at several renowned corporate law firms, including Jamal & Jamal, prior to joining the team.

Mr. Khan has a strong command of the law and is currently working on cases before the District & Sessions Courts as well as other law forums and tribunals in Pakistan. He is also actively involved in assisting the Partners with commercial, civil, and criminal litigation matters, corporate disputes, public procurement, regulatory compliance, and notably advising and defending The Competition Commission of Pakistan on several matters.

In addition to his litigation work, Mr. Khan is also deeply involved in the firm’s drafting and research work. He regularly writes legal opinions, legal notices, legal memorandums, and various Plaints & Writs for clients. With his strong legal background and dedication to his work, Mr. Khan is a valuable asset to the firm and its clients.
